Visiativ Solutions, Inc Return Policy - All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. Fees for services, training, and installation are non-refundable.

Visiativ Solutions, Inc Auto-Renewal Policy - Visiativ Solutions, Inc. administers an auto-renewal process for subscriptions in accordance with the current policies of our suppliers. You may cancel any Online Services by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled renewal date. Without such notice, the Online Services will automatically renew under the then-current Service Level Agreement, and an invoice will be issued at the prevailing list price. Terms and Conditions - All terms are subject to credit approval. In the event of non-payment by the due date, you agree to reimburse Visiativ Solutions, Inc. for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, whether or not any legal action is initiated.

Additionally, Visiativ Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to assess interest on any overdue amounts at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, calculated from the original due date. Training services must be prepaid in full prior to the scheduled class date. All training must be completed within twelve (12) months of the invoice date.
